A four (4) year old boy went over to the neighbor’s home, where a dog chained to the front porch forcibly attacked the young boy’s head and face. Although the owner of the home did not own the dog, Plaintiffs were able to recover from both the homeowner and the owner of the dog. Terms of the settlement are confidential and may not be disclosed pursuant to agreement.

A woman was severely attacked by an off-duty police officer’s K-9 dog. Despite issues surrounding the location of the area where she was bitten, Plaintiffs received a substantial confidential settlement.
