Tobel v. Travelers Insurance Co: This firm filed suit for breach of contract, breach of covenant of goof faith and fair dealing, bad faith and declaratory judgment based on its denial of underinsured motorist (UIM) benefits for injuries suffered when an employee was struck while removing roadway barriers outside his employer’s truck, while in the course and scope of his employment.
