Police Negligence

Although this firm has an outstanding relationship with the various city police departments, and has represented several officers in their own causes of action, on occasion this firm has represented private citizens for wrongful shootings by the police department.

Plaintiffs claimed that a Phoenix Police Officer accidentally shot a young man outside a low-income housing project. The shooting left the young man paralyzed from the waist down. The victim received a substantial settlement from the city of Phoenix.
