A child injury case; near drowning. This firm alleged that the surrounding ponds within the Apartment complex were hazardous to children, and other occupants within the complex. The amounts paid in settlement of this case are subject to a non-disclosure agreement.

o Home Construction Defects

This personal injury cause of action arises out of a negligent construction, design, and selection of materials for a makeshift carport canopy which created an inherently dangerous condition and hidden hazards for members of the general public, such as Plaintiff. Plaintiff was painting the negligently designed, constructed, and inherently dangerous makeshift carport canopy support structure when suddenly and without any warning or notice to Plaintiff, some of the beam structures gave way from its negligent construction, thereby causing Plaintiff to be permanently and catastrophically injured. Plaintiff received a substantial confidential settlement from the current, and previous, owner.
